Taco Soup

Taco Soup

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 pkg taco seasoning
  • 1 can corn
  • 1 can green beans
  • 1 can tomatoes (diced, or stewed)
  • 1 can red kidney beans
  1. Brown ground beef, stir in taco seasoning.

  2. When meat is cooked add corn, green beans and canned tomatoes (add the juice from these vegetables).

  3. Drain juice from kidney beans and add.

  4. Let soup simmer 5 to 10 minutes.

  5. Top with shredded cheese and/or corn chips (optional).
