Vanilla Ice Cream

Vanilla Ice Cream

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp vanilla
  • 2 cups chilled whipping cream
  1. Cook until bubbles appear around edge of pan.

  2. Cool to room temperature.

  3. Stir in vanilla and cream.

  4. Pour into ice cream maker and freeze.

  5. Makes about 1/2 gallon.
