Brians Meatloaf

“This recipe comes from my work partner, Detective Brian Hewson. He concocted this recipe and raved about it until I had to make some. Very good! I’m leaving this recipe as rough as he gave it to me.” – Papa J

Brians Meatloaf

  • 1 lb Jimmy Dean Maple Sausage
  • 2 lbs hamburger
  • 1 handful crushed soda crackers
  • 1 celery stick
  • 1 bit of ketchup
  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 onion
  • 1 piece whole grain bread (dried)

  1. Mix it all up and place in bread pan.

    Cook at 350 degrees for around 1 hour and 20 minutes.
