Chicken Enchiladas

Chicken Enchiladas

  • 2 cups chopped chicken
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 pint sour cream
  • 1 can diced green chilis
  • garlic salt or powder to taste
  • flour tortillas
  • 1-2 cups cheddar cheese
  1. Mix first five ingredients in large bowl.

    Put spoonful of mixture on tortilla and roll up.

    Place in 9×13 pan.

    Continue until pan is full of one layer of rolled up tortillas.

    Pour remaining batter over tortillas in pan (you may need to add a little milk).

    Top with cheese.

    Bake at 350 about 30-40 minutes
