Cornflake Cookies

Cornflake Cookies

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup corn syrup
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 5 cups corn flakes

  1. In medium size pan stir together the first 3 ingredients until sugar is dissolved.

    Boil about 3 minutes.

    Remove from heat and quickly stir into cornflakes.

    Mix well.

    Drop by spoonful into waxed paper.

    Makes about 2 1/2 dozen.
