Cream Cheese Mints

Cream Cheese Mints
- 1/4 package of cream cheese at room temp.
- 1/4 tsp peppermint extract
- 1 2/3 cup powdered sugar
Color as desired with paste color
Knead all ingredients together.
Roll to marble size and coat with granulated sugar.
Press into mold
Let dry on wax paper several hours.
Mints may be frozen until you wish to use them.
