Jimmy’s Swedish Meatballs

“Jimmy made and served these wonderful meat balls to us in Sweden. He made them with moose, but Philippa says he also makes them out of beef, or pork, or chicken. They were served with two sides; brown gravy or Lingonberry jam. In Sweden they call hamburger “mince meat” and it is ground finer than our typical hamburger. Swedes also refer to moose as “elk”…which took us awhile to figure out. Recipe makes 4 portions.”
