Peanut Butter Fingers

Peanut Butter Fingers

  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup quick cooking oats

Topping

  • 1 16 oz chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 2-4 tbsp milk
  1. Heat oven to 350.

  2. Cream together first three ingredients.

  3. Blend in egg, peanut butter, salt, and vanilla.

  4. Stir in flour and oats.

  5. Spread in greased 9×13 pan.

  6. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or less.

  7. Remove from oven and sprinkle chocolate chips over the top.

  8. Let stand 5 minutes.

  9. Combine remaining topping ingredients and drizzle over the top.
