Pizza

Pizza
- 3 cups warm water
- 2 tbsp yeast
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup oil
- 1 tbsp salt
- 6-7 cups flour
Combine warm water, yeast, and sugar in mixer bowl and let sit until it is foamy, about 10 to 15 minutes.
Add oil, salt and flour.
Start mixer with bread hook on. Set speed at 2.
Continue adding flour a cup at a time until dough forms a ball on the hook.
Sprinkle flour in a little at a time until dough is no longer sticking to the sides of the bowl.
Let mixer knead about 10 to 15 minutes.
Put in greased bowl and let rise until double, about an hour.
Divide dough into balls according to how many pizzas you are making…with these ingredients about 4 pizzas.
Roll out dough til about 1/2 inch thick and fit to pizza pan.
Top in this order:
+sauce
+thin layer of cheese
+toppings
+final layer of cheese
Set aside while you heat oven to 425. This will allow it to raise a few minutes.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes. If it looks done on top, use spatula to lift and check bottom to see it it's done.
